“I feel compelled to write this review for Sheila Ananeh-Firempong. Sheila is a professional and kind person, someone who would do her best to find the property you are looking for. I was looking for a place to rent in South Pasadena when I came across a beautiful townhouse. I requested to see the place, and Sheila answered the very same day. This was the first positive attribute I noticed from Sheila since all other places I had requested to see had not responded yet (many of them never did). A few days after, I went to see the place. Sheila was extremely cordial and professional. She showed me not only the great features of the place but also what was needed to be fixed. After about 30 minutes, I knew this was the place for me. Sheila gave me all the paperwork needed to apply. She also was available by cell and email to answer any of my questions. When it was time for the owner to make the choice between applicants, the owner decided to go with another person. Sheila immediately called me and offered to help look for another place. For a week she showed me places, worked with my busy schedule, even met me on Sunday. Finally, she called me back and told me that the townhouse was still available, that the person the owner had selected did not take the place.
